Shipping is calculated at checkout and is paid by the customer.
Rates vary depending on your location and the delivery option selected.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once processed, your order is dispatched with our courier partner.
Delivery Time Frames
Estimated delivery times:
- Major Cities: 2–4 business days
- Outlying Areas: 3–7 business days
These are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow your delivery in real time.

If unsuccessful, your parcel may be returned or held at a depot. Any additional delivery fees will be for your account.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
